Returns Valid Time:
Our policy is valid within 14 days after signing. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Fees:
1. We will pay the return shipping fee when:
a) The products are broken in their delivery, If found the products are incompact, please check the condition and return them to us, we will pay for the returning fee.
b) The products are worng sent, which are not the customer bought, please contact with 14 days after signing.
2. Customer should pay the return shipping fee when:
a) The shipping address are wrong, so the products can't be deliveried successfully.
b) Customers do not like them anymore for personal reasons. In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
c) Want to exchange for another one.
